Hamburger Cajun Recipe
 
- 2lbs lean ground beef                                                                                               - ½ cup scallions                           
- 1 cored & minced green bell pepper                                                                      - 3 minced garlic cloves
- 2 tsp dried oregano                                                                                                    - 2 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp paprika                                                                                                                - 1 red pepper flakes
- 1 tsp thyme                                                                                                                   - salt
- 1 sliced tomato                                                                                                            - 1 sour cream
- 6 hamburger buns slightly toasted
 
 
Combine the beef, scallions, pepper, garlic and spices in a mixing bowl. Mix these ingredients until it is well blended. Then, take the mixture and shape into 6 patties.  Grill the patties, and then place the patties on the hamburger buns and top with the tomato and sour cream. I hope your family enjoys this hamburger Cajun recipe.
 
 
Fried Fish Cajun Recipe
 
 
Ingredients:
2 lbs of fish fillets                                            3 eggs
1/2 cup milk                                                    1/2 cup beer
3 tbsp yellow mustard                                     2 tbsp salt
1 tbsp black pepper                                        1 tsp Tabasco
1 lb yellow corn flour                                       1 quart cooking oil
1 tsp cayenne pepper
Directions:
In a mixing bowl, combine eggs, milk, beer, Tabasco, mustard and half of the pepper & salt and thoroughly mix. Cut the fish into bite sized pieces. Place the fish into the mixture for at least one hour. In a separate bowl, mix the corn flour with the remaining salt & pepper. In a deep pan preheat the oil to 375 degrees. Remove fish from mixture and coat with corn flour mixture. Fry the fish until fish floats to the surface and turns golden brown. Be careful not to over fry it. Soak up the oil with paper towel.

You can replace the fish with shrimp, oysters, crawfish and soft shell crabs. Your family will love this Cajun Recipe.
