In tamilnadu its known as sevai. For making this appam we are pressing rice flour in noodle form and steaming it.It is good for health as it is cooking in steam.First it was very difficult for me to prepare this appam but later by practice i learned to make this appam easily. So here am giving the tips for making this appam easily which i learned from my practice
