Ingredients

Broccoli-1 bunch
Grated Coconut-1/2 cup
Green chilly-1
Turmeric Powder-1/2 tsp
Mustard seeds
Curry leaves
Salt
Method Of Preparation

  • Chop florets of broccoli and put that in a hot water for few minutes.This helps to kill the worms if any
  • Grind grated coconut,green chilly and turmeric powder without adding water
  • Heat oil in a pan.Splutter mustard seeds and add curry leaves in it
  • Add grounded mixture in it and stir for few minutes
  • Add broccoli florets in it and mix well
  • Close the lid and cook for 5 minutes.Stir occasionally
  • Serve hot with rice
