Ingredients

Lady’s finger or okra-250gm
Chilli powder-1 tsp
Asafoetida powder-1/2 tsp
Corn flour-2 tsp
Salt as required
Oil-250 gm


Method Of Preparation
  • Slice the lady’s finger thin lengthwise

  • Sprinkle salt, chilli powder and asafoetida powder on the lady's finger slices  right before frying them, as they shouldn't go soggy

  • Add corn flour to this and mix them up without mashing them

  • Heat oil in a pan
  • Fry in hot oil till crisp

  • Serve them hot as a side dish with rice
