Hope you all are getting ready for easter celebrations?..Here is a recipe of chicken from my blog, that u can prepare for this easter. It is a very simple recipe, u can prepare this chicken roast in very less time. This recipe is very healthy as it need less oil, less masalas and are made with basic ingredients..Just follow the steps, which I have mentioned here for preparing this chicken roast, then only you will get the exact taste of this chicken roast..I am sure that you all will love the taste of this chicken roast, so don't forget to try this recipe for this easter.. Ingredients

Chicken-500 gm
Cumin Seeds-1 tsp
Bay leaves-2
Dry Redchillies-3
Onion(Chopped)-4
Green chillies-2
Ginger Garlic Paste-1 tbs
Curry leaves- few
Turmeric powder-1/4 tsp
Coriander powder-1 tsp
Red chilli powder-1 tsp
Tomatoes(Chopped)-2
Garam Masala-1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil-4 tbs


Method Of Preparation
  • Heat Oil in a Pan
  • Add cumin seeds, bay leaves and dry redchillies into it
  • Fry it for few seconds on medium flame
  • Then add onions, green chilies, ginger garlic paste, curry leaves and salt 
  • Saute it well till the onion becomes brown in color
  • Once the onions became brown in color, add turmeric powder, coriander powder and red chili powder into it
  • Saute it well till raw smell goes
  • Then add tomatoes
  • Saute it well till tomatoes are cooked well
  • Once the tomatoes are cooked well add chicken pieces, garam masala and salt into it
  • Mix everything well
  • Close the lid and cook till the chicken pieces are cooked well, In between open the lid and stir
  • Chicken roast is now ready to serve hot
