My search for that type of curry ended up in this spicy delicious Kottayam style fish curry. This curry is a tamarind based curry, because the main flavor for this curry comes from a sour ingredient called as kokum/kudampuli. This time I tried to make fish curry in clay pot/ manchatti. Curries made in clay pot/ manchatti tastes good, so try this curry in claypot, if you have it, for getting the actual taste of this curry. Here I used coconut oil for making this curry.
