Here comes another recipe with schezwan chutney, This is the recipe of a dosa, which has schezwan flavor in it. That is spring dosa/schezwan dosa.This is a popular street fast food of India, especially in Mumbai streets. It’s preparation is similar to that of masala dosa. Instead of potato masala filling in masala dosa, this dosa is filled with stir fried veggies and noodles. In masala dosa, we will apply red chutney on top of dosa, but in spring dosa/schezwan dosa, instead of red chutney, we are applying schezwan chutney on top of dosa. If you want to try some varieties in the dosa recipes that you used to prepare, then definitely try this recipe. If ur kid is a noodles lover and won’t eat dosa, then u can try this trick to make them eat dosa. They will eat it because we put noodles inside this dosa. Ingredients

For Dosa Filling

Oil-1 tbs
Garlic-2 cloves
Capsicum-1 small, thinly sliced
Carrot-1, thinly sliced
Cabbage-1/2 cup, thinly shredded
Schezwan sauce-1tbs
Noodles-cooked


For Dosa
Dosa batter-4 cup
Butter-3 tbs
Schezwan sauce-3 tsp


Method Of Preparation
  • Heat oil in a pan. Add garlic and onion into it and sauté it until onion becomes transparent
  • Then add carrot, cabbage and capsicum into it . Then add salt to taste. Sauté it for 5 minutes until all vegetables are cooked well
  • Then add schezwan sauce into it and mix well
  • Add cooked noodles into it and mix well
  • Now the filling for dosa is ready
  • Next heat a dosa tawa, Pour a ladle full of dosa batter. Spread it gently and make thin circle
  • When dosa is cooked, spread butter on it. Then spread schezwan sauce on top of it
  • Add the prepared noodles filling on it
  • Scrape the dosa from sides and fold it completely
  • Cut it into half. Serve it immediately with tomato sauce
