Ingredients
For Coconut Paste:
Grated Coconut-1/2 cup
Green chilies-1
Mustard seeds-3/4 tsp
Cumin seeds-1/2 tsp
Ginger-1 inch
Other Ingredients
Beetroot-2 cup(Grated)
Salt-1 tsp
Water-3/4 cup
Salt to taste
Curd-1/2 cup
For tempering:
Coconut Oil-3 tbs
Mustard seeds-1 tsp
Red chilies-3
Few curry leaves
Method Of Preparation
Grind together Coconut,green chilies and mustard seeds, cumin seeds and ginger into a smooth paste by adding little water in it
Cook the grated beetroot till it becomes soft by adding salt and water in it
Once the beetroot is cooked well, add the grounded coconut paste in it and mix well then bring that to a boil
Once it boils.switch off the flame . Add curd in it and mix well
Now make tempering and then add the tempering over the pachadi and mix well
Tasty Beetroot pachadi is ready to serve
