Ingredients

Butter-1 tbs
Ginger-1 tbs (chopped)
Green chillies-2 (chopped)
Curry leaves-few
Onion-2 medium( Chopped)
Pumpkin-300 gm ( Grated)
Salt to taste
Cooked Rice-4 cup
Garam masala-1 tsp
Coriander leaves- few


Method Of Preparation
  • Heat Butter in a Pan. Add ginger, green chillies and curry leaves into it. Saute it until it turns light brown in color.
  • Then add onion into it and saute it until onion becomes translucent
  • Add grated pumpkin and salt into it. Mix it well
  • Saute it and cook it for 5 minutes or until pumpkin is cooked well
  • Add cooked rice into it and mix it well
  • Add garam masala into it and mix well
  • Finally garnish it with coriander leaves
  • Pumpkin rice is now ready to serve
