Today I am sharing with you the recipe of a simple and healthy stir fry that you can make with soya chunks. It is very easy to prepare as well as doesn't require much vegetables. Ingredients

Water
Salt
Soya Chunks-1 cup
Oil-2 tbs
Onion-1 (Chopped into small pieces)
Ginger garlic paste-1tsp
Turmeric Powder-1/2 tsp
Coriander Powder-2 tsp
Redchilli Powder-1 tsp
Tomato-1
Garam Masala-1/2 tsp
Pepper Powder-1/2 tsp
Coriander leaves- Chopped

Method Of Preparation
  • Take water in a pan. Add salt into it and boil water
  • Once water started to boil, add soya chunks into it
  • Cook it for 5 minutes
  • Switch off the flame and drain the water
  • Squeeze it well
  • Cut it into small pieces
  • Heat 2tbs oil in a pan. Add onion and ginger garlic paste into it
  • Saute it until onion turns golden brown in color
  • Once onion turned golden brown in color add turmeric powder, coriander powder and red chilli powder into it
  • Saute it until raw smell of powders goes away
  • Add tomato into it. Saute it until tomatoes are cooked well
  • Add garam masala powder into it and mix well
  • Add soya chunks into it. Mix it well with the masala
  • Add pepper powder and salt to taste into it.
  • Saute it well and cook it for 5 minutes
  • Finally garnish it with chopped coriander leaves
  • Soya Chunks Fry is now ready to serve
