Ingredients
Egg Masala
Oil-1tbs
Jeera-1tsp
Ginger-1tbs (Chopped)
Garlic-3 cloves (Chopped)
Green chilies-2 (Chopped)
Onion-2 (Chopped)
Turmeric Powder-1/4 tsp
Coriander Powder-2 tsp
Redchilli Powder-2 tsp
Tomato-2 (Chopped)
Boiled Eggs-4 (Diced)
Garam Masala-1/2 tsp
Salt to taste

Bread Slices
Butter
Method Of Preparation
- Heat 1tbs oil in a pan. Add jeera, ginger, garlic and green chillies into it.
- Saute it until it turns light brown in color
- Add chopped onion into it. Add salt to taste into it. Saute it until it turns light brown in color.
- Add turmeric powder, coriander powder and redchilli powder into it.
- Saute it until raw smell goes off.
- Add chopped tomato into it. Mix it well.
- Add 1/2 cup water into it and cook it for 1 minute.
- Add boiled eggs into it. Add garam masala and salt to taste into it and mix well
- Finally add coriander leaves into it and mix well.
- Take a bread slice. Apply Butter on top of the bread. Add egg masala.
- Take another bread slice and apply butter on oneside of that bread
- Seal it with that bread slice. (Butter Side Down).
- Apply Butter on top
- Heat 2tbs butter on a pan.
- Place the sandwich on pan
- Press it slightly and cook it for 1 minute
- Flip it to other side
- Cook till both sides turns golden brown and crisp
- Cut Diagonally into half and serve
