This time I got a chance to stay in my hometown in Kerala-the land of coconut tree. I got fresh tender coconut, as we have our own coconut trees, so I thought to try this milk shake recipe. it's taste was amazing, so I thought to share it with you. Ingredients

Tender Coconut Flesh of 1 Tender Coconut
Coconut Water-1/2 cup
Chilled Milk-3 cup
Horlicks-2 tbs
Cardamom-2
Sugar-4 tbs

Method Of Preparation
  • Scrape the coconut flesh from coconut shell using a spoon.
  • Cut the coconut flesh into small pieces & transfer it into a blender. Grind it well
  • Add 1/2 cup coconut water into it.
  • Grind it to a fine paste.
  • Add chilled milk, horlicks, cardamom and sugar into it.
  • Blend it well
  • Tender Coconut Shake is now ready to serve
