Ingredients

Bread Slices-4
Nendran Banana-1 (Chopped)
Grated Coconut-1/2 cup
Jaggery syrup-1/4 cup
Ghee-3 tbs

Method Of Preparation
  • Take bread slices and cut it into small pieces. Transfer it into a blender
  • Make a fine powder of bread slices.
  • Heat ghee in a pan.
  • Add chopped nendran banana into it.
  • Add grated coconut into it.
  • Saute it until it turns golden brown in color.
  • Mash it well.
  • Add bread powder into it.
  • Mix it well.
  • Add 1/4 cup jaggery syrup into it.
  • Mix it well.
  • Switch off the flame and allow it to cool down completely.
  • Take a portion of this mixture in your hand & roll it into a shape shown in video
  • Heat ghee in a pan.
  • Fry the bread banana rolls until both sides turns golden brown in color.
